Furnishing is extremely expensive in Dhaka. Especially when students, young professionals move in to Dhaka from other cities to pursue better life.Let's Furnish is the first ever furniture subscription platform in Dhaka where any resident can subscribe to a trendy furniture starting from BDT 300 a month. Also, we provide free swap to help them be up with trend and feel no burden of cost! We provide free relocation twice a year as they tend to be frequent movers. Also, to make them feel home, we have all our furniture insured so that they can have it just as their own with ZERO risk!

The main problem is the extensive cost of home furnishing and mostly faced by students, young professionals, newly weds and contractual employers. The problem is approximately effecting 9.8M people across Dhaka which is 47% of its total population.Similar ratio is also seen in Chittagong and Sylhet where is a generic movement among the population. The main contributer to the problem is lack of options, dynamic drop of refurbished product in the local market and expensive shifting cost in the locality adding more to the burden.

Our main target audience is Students coming fro other parts of Bangladesh, Young professionals, newly wed and also several category of contractual workers who shift to Dhaka for a short period. As far as businesses are concerned, we are also serving several startups and co-working spaces in Dhaka. Our platform helps to cut down their cost of buying products while denting their monthly budget. Also we allow them to change with trend with our ONLY IN COUNTRY swap system to stay with trend. Besides, they tend to move a lot often and we have 2 free relocation each year! To add to the comfort of use, we provide 2000 tk annual insurance for each product which enable our users to be themselves and enjoy the products.

We provide web based furniture rental service. The process is simple. The user logs into our platform at www.letsfurnishbd.com and see the products that we have in stock at that point of time as they are continuously updated each week. They then place a order with their delivery information and payment method. Within 24 hours of order, our customer agents contact them and verify identity and residence. Within 7 working days the users finds the product at their doorsteps! 

The current concept of home furnishing in Bangladesh is one tracked only and that track is very expensive. This creates a barrier in the furnishing needs of certain parts of the population. Let's Furnish is the only service in Dhaka which puts the furnishing in subscription model where they can subscribe at costs starting at TK. 300 (Less than average price of a Dinner at restaurant).

We expect our solution to change serve the problem as they solution itself is created by people who have lived through the problem. The solution comes with a model that is validate by our survey, proved by the 4 months pilot programme and tested by real world problem facers. Through this model, there has been several refinements in the the model and with time we expect to have it picture perfect.

Within 1 year we plan to have our own imagination studio where users can check how a furniture goes with their room and interior. Also, add a few more section of product range and better subscription advantage through crucial partnerships. 

In the next 5 years, we plan to expand sectors to appliance into our model. Also, move to home staging and other relevant industries.

The funding to implement the things is the major barrier we face as all other streams and links are well sorted and since the system is self dependent, it makes it easier for us ti run once it has minimum running viability. Also, a smooth verification process is also what we are massively looking into to give a better rental experience.

We are already approached by venture firms and raised BDT 1Million from Startup Bangladesh, Although is it not competent to make our system independently run but it still provides a good push to the scene

Secondly, we are working with ICT Division, Bangladesh to give verification access which will ease the verification for the customer end and also more recognise-able on our end.

Also, the 3 founders at one stage of their life has been a part of the population of the target audience that we have and this serves us to have a better empathy towards the solution.

Our main stream of generation is through the subscription charges. Delivery charge, Damage charge and few other secondary sources. The business model is a B2B in the user end where the user takes a product on subscription and pay us the charge for it, monthly.

The user order the product to Let's Furnish. We forward it to our partner and  and they provide us with the product. Once received, we deliver to the user and the user gives us the charges, monthly. We share the revenue with our partner in 1/3 ratio.

The funding as we said earlier would be the most vital to make the model independent. Also, we would immensely need the guidance and advice from entrepreneurs to help us constantly adapt to the market. Plus, meeting new business and people will open routes to partnerships.
