O APAA(ও আপা)

PROBLEM :  There is almost 75 millions women in Bangladesh who are housewives and working women but they lead a miserable life for taking care of their child and home because of a maid and baby sitter because maid and baby sitting service is not available in our country. 

SOLUTION : we are proposing for on demand maid and baby sitter service. People can get a maid or baby sitter via a phone call or apps. 

BENEFITS : people who are quitting their job for taking care of home or baby and housewives whose life are being miserable for taking care of everything can get help from this. They need not to quit their job they house wives life can be easy. 

After a lot of hardships,women can get their desired desired job in Bangladesh  but they do not have anyone  will look after their house and children,they do not have any one who will cook for them.A lady who has a child but want to do job, she can not do it or after taking care or her child she can not even manage her family properly and in this city nobody is here to help her though she is searching for a person or woman here and there for getting help but alas!A person who likes to take care of their guests and aged parents but when a lot of guests come to visit their house how would he/she takes care of all them alone?In Dhaka City there is no one to help them out but 87.57% people are in need of a reliable and safe service.

In  Bangladesh, 41 millions are housewives and almost 33 millions women are working person and the rest like almost  25 millions women need jobs. So our target people without men are like 74 millions women and they obviously need our service. We did a small survey in a smallest area and most of them need maid service and baby sitter. If we provide them a service with minimum wages they will be able to do their job. 

our solution or service name is O APAA(ও আপা)."O APA" will be always there with you providing reliable,honest,expert and 100% verified APA who will help you in every single household works. Working women without child need a maid service who can take care or her home and cook for her and with childs need a maid service and a baby sitter to. Sometimes they just need a baby sitter only.But in today's situation theh do not get it easily so they quit their job.so we can provide them both on demand and solve their problem easily with a minimum wages for service.At First we will start our service with a hotline number by which they can order apaa service from us and in the mean time we will develop an app from they can book our service. It will be 100% secure as we will use national id registration for both our customers and our maids and all of their data will be save in police database. We will offer a minimum wages or service charge at first. We will develop both iOS and Android apps. 

our solution named O APAA is innovative for Bangladesh. In our country people can have a maid or baby sitter by getting help from others or by a agent but this is not a secured service. They do not provide any national id card information so their all information are not legit sometimes so something dangerous happen anytime. As we will provide a service with whole security so our service is best. And people easily can not get a service whenever they need. We will provide e on demand service with a minimum service charge so people can hire anyone with their perfect time

we did a survey if people need this or not and 91% people need this. 

As we are in Bangladesh so our survey was in bangla. 

CURRENTLY : currently we are serving only 10 peoples. 

ONE YEAR : if we can run our business properly then our target people will be almost 1 lack 

FIVE YEAR : our target people will be almost 1million

our first and last goal is making a huge customer circle. It's almost all the working people and house wives near future. 

our first barrier is we do not have any fund.so we need fund as soon as possible and we need a proper team
