Over 40 billion feminine hygiene products are dumped on our planet every year. More than half of humanity menstruates but for decades the taboos surrounding periods allowed for the lack of innovative, healthy and sustainable solutions. 

At Moodz, we believe that red should be the new green. By breaking menstrual period taboos, we  empower women with an eco-friendly solution to fight climate change. Women should have the choice to switch to sustainable and healthy hygienic menstrual protections. We want to bring period panties to Humanity.

The lack of sustainable and healthy choices for women is the direct consequence of the many taboos surrounding menstrual periods. 

Today, on average, a woman throws over 10,000 polluting plastic-based sanitary protections over her menstruating life. Tampons and other invasive solutions can also be real health hazards causing TSS.  

At Moodz, we believe it is urgent to open the dialogue with women across the world and start talking about the impact of the non-sustainable and sometimes toxic broadly marketed solutions. We believe that by offering a healthy, non-invasive and eco-friendly solution to women, we can help them make a real shift in their consumption and have a true impact in the fight against pollution.

As a French brand, we started working closely with French women from across the country. Women from a wide diversity of backgrounds, ages and menstrual experiences. In a few months only, we’ve build a community of over 17,000 women, who support our mission actively. But it’s only the beginning and we aim to serve women across the planet. 

By opening the dialogue with women, we’re able to design the sustainable solutions addressing their needs while empowering them with an eco-friendly and healthy alternative. 
We also have a partnership with CARE, one of the world’s leading humanitarian organisations. Part of our profits finance their fight against menstrual precariousness across the globe.

We break period taboos by bringing awareness on the ecological & health impacts of today's solutions. We bring an eco-friendly and easy alternative to all women with our collection of French period panties. 

We’ve designed our panties with women, for women, and we address all absorption needs. Our panties absorb the equivalent of 2 to 4 tampons, and offer comfort, no humidity or smell for 12 hours on average thanks to a thin and non-toxic layer of innovative eco-friendly fabric. Washable, our panties last well over three years. 

Our solution is to empower women with a sustainable alternative to disposable menstrual hygienic products in order to make red the new green.
