The advancement of technology has contributed to several daily improvements and also to the excessive use of social networks, people use their smartphones to update the world news, relax and contact distant people, but due to this exception people tend to become more depressed and anxious, feeling inadequate. We want to reverse this situation through an application that encourages people to change their habits by contributing and raising awareness of possible local diseases. So our solution is to develop an application that promotes the well-being of the population independent of the place, and of the cultural barriers, it will be like a "network of the good" that would serve for health both physical and mental, as well as being also a form to get help.
People living in urban centers are faced with a number of problems that pose a risk to their physical and mental health, these people tend to be more stressed and anxious, so we are working on psychological research to develop an interactive application that helps anxiety and depression and be a way to get help.
People who own a device that has access to the internet.
Each person will have their avatar in the application based on their physical characteristics, which will function as a kind of game that will have several actions that promote social well being, each action taken people will receive positive messages as a form of recognition that encourages them to continue, the actions are:
"Say something positive yourself" Saying something positive yourself encourages you to face difficult situations, because affirmations are considered tools that will serve to focus only on the positive because the subconscious accepts as truth what is said repeatedly, people who have negative thoughts have limiting beliefs and low self-esteem.
"Write something for which you are thankful at bedtime" the fact that it is before bedtime is because people can not sleep the right times when their brain is invaded by negative thoughts and visions, recognizing gratitude reverses this situation and helps raise the level of happiness because sleeping the right hours is important for the body to maintain the balance of the immune system, neurological, endocrine and other functions.
"Let's bike today? Change your means of transport by a bicycle and register with a photo "this challenge develops well being and is also a way against obesity, because pedaling accelerates the metabolism by burning calories and avoiding the accumulation of fat in the body, as well as other benefits to health such as: lowering cholesterol, controlling blood glucose and regulating blood pressure. "Do Something for Someone Else" This challenge initially encourages people to develop empathy and improves interaction with others, which motivates them to practice community action and contribute to citizenship.

Many people are not approached as they feel and so do not have a chance to vent, if the person does not feel good will automatically be sent tips to improve mood, such as: Suggestion of a funny video, interactive game and suggest that the user take a break and take a deep breath, as this will avoid cases of irritability, or that the user dances his favorite music, dance after several health benefits such as controlling anxiety and stress, increases self-esteem and stimulates the blood circulation. Then after the practice of the tips will be sent a message "Are you feeling better?" With Yes or No options, in case the answer persists in "No" the user can get support through a line of volunteers.
