The numbers are projected to be 3 times over a 5 year contract period. For homes, we aim for 600,000 units till next year & 5 million over 5 years by direct sales.

If VENOMs are implemented in plastic dye and manufactured in bulk, the cost shall decrease to a great extent, by which we can reach out to the smallest hospitals and the common mass can just impulsively pickup our units placed at retail outlets, for their homes. Over next 6 months, we shall set up a large-scale manufacturing infrastructure & get the plastic dyes ready. We are set to collaborate with few big consumer appliance brands as OEM suppliers for large scale incorporation of the skeleton of our products in their eminent models, for the next 5 years, under defined streams of target markets. We shall begin the bulk manufacturing by the end of 9 months, officially begin OEM sales and start online sales via our own e-marketplace, B2B & B2C platforms. Direct sales to hospitals, distribution of our products to the well known retail outlets or shopping malls all round India & abroad shall be initiated. We shall source and appoint channel partners at all corners of the world & at the end of 2 years, our products shall be present in global retail outlets. Service channels shall be set up strategically too. Through all this time period, Government collaborations shall be facilitated, which shall enable us to penetrate to a major percentage of urban & rural hospitals by the third year. By the 4th year, till the 5th, our financial stability shall allow us to globally advertise VENOM and promote it as a household device anywhere in the world.

Once the concept is popularized, there shall be certain risk of copying the product and trying to make inroad by convincing the buyer at lower cost or other attractive terms. To protect ourselves from this risk, firstly we have applied for patent already. But considering that it might not be sufficient, we have covered the whole circuitry inside a casing and filled that by quick setting resin. Anybody wishing to get the details of the circuit logic, has to break the casting to get it, which shall eventually destroy it. To further cover up the technology, different parts shall be manufactured at different locations. The assembly people, who are associated with the final product, shall only get the materials in a completed form, without knowledge about the circuit logic or filament details. Now another important factor is that, there is a big difference in the transducer value of the ferrite core that we use and that is available in the open market. Still the copycats shall emerge with cheap quality only to be defeated.

To further cover up the technology, different parts shall be manufactured at different locations. Like the signal generator, shall be casted first and then brought to the assembly area. The glass system shall be fabricated and filament wound at a separate location. Thirdly, the silicon rubber section shall be moulded at the vendor's space only. The assembly people, who are associated with the final product, shall only get the materials in a completed form, without knowledge about the circuit logic or filament details. They shall be doing the assembly with the sensitive heat sink system within the moulded shell. Also they shall do the decorative parts of the product like placing illuminations, stickers and electrical connections etc.

By this method, the leakage of secret may not be impossible, but certainly very difficult. As the entire technology has been developed by us, the performance is absolutely under our control. So we can bring in any modifications of the technology required for versatile market requirements, which others cannot.

The team has professional experience in marketing, product development, instrumentation and precise calibration. The wide experience helps in identifying possible future difficulties and taking steps to prevent them from the beginning. The team also has the reach to MNCs, established laboratories as well as connections with qualified people for product development and deep-rooted marketing. We are significantly blessed in terms of corporate connections, some of them have served in multiple MNCs over the years. We are in touch with several brands to associate ourselves as an OEM. Since our team members have themselves handled several OEMs for their companies, they are aware of the negotiation tricks that the brands follow regularly. Other than that, for B2C retail, our team is capable of setting a nation-wide distributor / channel partner network, as one of our associates have been the Sales & Marketing lead of multiple leading corporate since more than three decades. The tremendous fire that we have inside us to succeed, is mixed with experience, situational awareness and youth, which makes us an incredibly enthusiastic group of people who are willing to go the distance, to win & establish this first-of-its-kind innovation.

Our initial line of impact shall be majorly in hospitals, office buildings, grocery stores, shopping malls and hotels. We are focussed into marketing the product to few interested brands of consumer appliances by incorporating it inside split ACs, refrigerators, cars, etc - to offer adequate oxygen to everyone & protect all from cross-infection or pollution. Simultaneously, we look forward to selling it as a domestic appliance manufactured in bulk - for all households, offices, clinics, schools etc. A Patent for this technology is already applied for. We hold few major intellectual properties over the trademark, logo, etc. We are currently a Limited Liability Partnership company with only two stakeholders including me (an electronics engineer). We are absolutely self-funded till now. Previously I've been invited to multiple funded international youth conferences, from where I've met enthusiastic people, thereby making them my 3 overseas channel partners for distributing VENOMs. Likewise, we shall appoint authorized associates who would be required to lift products in handsome bulk & are to be given a minimum quarterly compulsive sales target. All products shall be having proposition for Annual Maintenance Contracts to earn recurring income. There are targets to be set to our marketing team too, who shall undergo monthly training sessions with our management board. All our channel partners shall have the open privilege to sell anywhere in the globe, with no location-based exclusivity rights. We are currently negotiating deals for the next 5 years, to distribute few hundred thousand sets to multiple branded companies as their OEM supplier for the regular consumer market, which shall financially strengthen us to expand & also help in penetrating the concept deep into people's minds. An investment assistance shall be necessary to establish the bulk-manufacturing setup & developing the plastic dye(s) for the consumer models concerned. Simultaneously, we shall facilitate direct selling in our own brand name, via the retail market or online marketplaces & provide the our products to the segments which are not covered by our OEM contracts. This direct selling or OTC sales and services shall be carried out all across the world through our international channel partners. It's also important to note that our direct marketing shall be continued in the industries where we have already earned some admiration. Hence apart from being an OEM, another backup of a confirmed revenue stream is always with us. Thus the financial assistance can be comfortably paid off after a short period and the company shall be able to run on its own thereafter.
