3. The solution positively change the lives of millions if it was scaled globally by easily deployment on mobile devices and integration of common languages.
The specific problem within the Challenge that we are working to solve is languages accessibility on healthcare diseases symptoms treatment in Africa to enable remote people including villages understand and use e-Healthcare mobile devices apps.
The software is proposed to be designed with at least twelve (12) top common languages in Africa integration while English is proposed to be use as the primary language design, this will assist developing African countries through various languages integration access to enable low level people access the software, including people in remote villages. Research revealed that the top common languages in Africa are English, French, Swahili, Amharic, Yoruba, Oromo, Hausa, Igbo, Zulu, Shona, Arabic and Portuguese.
The population whose lives we are working to directly and meaningfully improve are African people and other developing countries. We are working with them to understand their needs and participate in the solution through our research teams across the various African countries. The solution address their needs by using critical control cloud-based system strategy for online services that focuses on advance technology and social media in order to prescribe, admit, interview, diagnose, select and orient patient disease symptom for treatment.
The solution will focus on common diseases symptoms in Africa on this proposed project (version 1). Thus, subsequent versions will always capture disease symptom treatment analysis of any newer diseases discover or Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) in Africa while applying Africa common languages for low educated people to also have access through mobile devices.
The product or services we are providing to the population we are serving/working with is cloud-based services solutions. The processes and technology we are using networking and social media platform of data collection for processing. The healthcare data collection information processing center is proposed to be setup in strategic location in Africa such in Nigeria, Ethiopia, South African and Republic of Congo. Hence, staff will be working through Electronic Document Management Software (EDMS) cloud-based that will be installed at the center to interact and sending necessary research diseases data or information to our systems design and developer team. This center will also ensure information collected are validated with World Health Organization (WHO) regional team in Africa that we are proposing to collaborate with during the period and process of the proposed project.

The solution is innovative because the experimental plan, including any new technologies or tools to be developed, hence the above project is designed to have emergency token device which is proposed to be named as Africa Online Digital Healthcare Services Emergency System (AODHSES) intelligence Cloud Based Token Instant e-Health Alert. This will be fully addressed while collaborating with WHO and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards (IEEE) on this proposed project for standards, regulatory and compliance strategy approach. So, concentration Common African Disease Symptoms Treatment Analysis on the proposed AODHSES (Version 1);
1. Ebola virus, (2) Cancer, (3) Dengue fever, (4) Meningococcal disease, (5) Hepatitis B and C, (6) Rabies, Tuberculosis fever, (7) Viral hemorrhagic fever, (8) Lassa fever, (9) Rift Valley fever, (10) Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, (11) Yellow Fever, (12) Malaria, (13) Epilepsy, (14) Brain & Spine.
The core technology that the solution utilizes are cyber-security core data center tools (software and hardware) such as router, switches, firewall, servers, CimTrak cyber-security software for critical core data center Security Analysis, Compliance, Threat Intelligence and Reporting. The system will function as diseases symptom treatment Tracking System, Diagnoses Time Keeping, Patient Data management and Query reporting, Specialist Clinical integration and Diseases Symptom Experts Doctors Administration. If patient situation is at the period of accident or state of Kuma when the patient cannot speak or chart, then the patient will be requested to select emergency online token or if the patient already have token device, the patient will press emergency e-Health alert button, then emergency nurse will proceed to patient location either by phone call, SMS, e-mail or on-site with emergency Ambulance from nearby government hospitals

The solution is still on idea stage but in one year we shall be serving at least one million people. In five years we shall be serving ten million people. Thus, if the experiments in Phase I are successful, the next steps are to approach clinical center, healthcare organizations, hospitals, University hospital for the project clinical innovative cloud based trial, implementations and deployment. You can view our proposed prototype from sub-link in our web site:
My goals within the next year and within the next five years is to complete the proposed solution while deploying to clinical healthcare centers and individuals. It is designed to be one of the leading-edge healthcare services in providing a wide range of online patient human resource solutions and diseases symptoms treatment analysis in Africa through mobile apps and computer based ICT tools expected to be have completed.
The barriers that currently exist for us to accomplish our goals for the next year and for the next five years are financial support resources and mobility.
We are planning to overcome these barriers through global or International Development Agencies.
- Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit

Because am a computer engineer, my first degree was Computer Science and Engineering, my second degree was Master of Science in Information Systems Management while am presently in my doctoral degree in Information Systems. Also, my team members are professionals in their respective disciplines such doctors as medical consultant's and pharmacies as pharmacist analyst.
On the planning partnering with University of Benin, I recently published a book which was launched and recommended for their students during their ICT DAY 2019. The title of the book is Using ICT Tools and Apps to Curb Sharp Practices.
Presently, we are providing services to government and private organizations. However, in areas related to ICT, on this proposed project we are to provide services to all healthcare related organisations, patients, African countries communities through mobile apps technology.
Our part to financial sustainability will depends on our ICT projects, customers or clients in our platform. Our company was incorporated in Nigeria since 2001 while in New York, USA 2014, we are highly professional in Information Technology. Hence, we are optimistic of continuous providing services to government and private organization.
The barriers we think Solve can help us overcome and how Solve can help us advance the work is providing funding support services or connect us to funding or grant support organisation.

The organization would want to partner with Welcome Trust, University of Benin ICT unit on the App Development. Our Managing Director (Francis Ebigie) have just been invited by University of Benin ICT Day Committee, 19th June, 2019, to speak on a topic of his New Book;
titled: Using ICT Tools and Apps to Curb Sharp Practices
(Cybersecurity Practical Analysis:Security, Compliance, Threat Intelligence and Reporting). So, the University ICT unit have endorsed project collaboration agreement with him in ICT related project. More details of the book can be found at our web site www.microlinkrsltd.com/book Sales/Training.
I need the AI Innovations Prize, hence me (Francis Ebigie) and my team will utilize the prize to advance our solution by employing more staff in AI professionals. Am particularly an expert on AI, our proposed solution have a lot to do with AI information content based analysis such as taking patient information to determine best disease symptom treatment analysis. So, AI innovations prize will support in advance our solution to enhance the deliverables performance of the solution on time. If the prize is enough for us to engage AI company, I will hire a AI company staff in US, New York, I had my Master of Science in Information Systems Management at Devry College of New York. So, I know many AI company I plan to collaborate with, if fund available.
We will use our Innovating Together for Healthy Cities Prize for creating our solution mobile apps testing Devices such as in form of a Emergency Token devices for patient to communicate and coordinate through the systems platform to expert doctors. Our new proposed application will assist Africa people in remotes areas using USD or SMS communications, where Internet access are difficult in preventing or managing infectious disease by connecting to nearby pharmacist in a case of urgent medications. The process innovation platform on our proposed solution will improves coordination including common Africa languages, communication, or systems efficiency to achieve the solution deliverables.
We are not applying Gun solution on this platform, we might not apply here. Thanks.
We will prefer to apply for the Innovation for Women Prize to be use and improve on pregnant women disease symptom treatment analysis which is an integrated section to be included on the app and emergency token device. Basically, pregnant women who cannot speak English very well will really benefit on this platform section because the AI question will prompt to select prefer language; then the person will select any of the known African countries language.
We would prefer to apply for the Innospark Ventures Prize for our solution cybersecurity cloud based systems, our proposed solution collocation Core Data Center is to be hosted in cloud based companies in New Jersey, USA, that is, Netaccess and VXchange cloud computing company while the cybersecurity monitoring software will be deploy also from Cimcor company in USA. So, we really need this prize to support our cybersecurity infrastructure of the solution, we choose this companies because of poor Internet services in African countries. The Internet based section of the solution require 24/7 services online on cloud.
We would be interested for the UN Women She Innovates Prize for Gender-Responsive Innovation to support our clinical trails and integration services in remotes villages or communities by focus on a life-enhancing, innovative approach to delivering quality healthcare to vulnerable populations, especially through community health workers, IP phones integration, newer or emerging diseases researchers and clinics services.
