A 2-in-1 product (Talent solutions and E-commerce) that is women-focused with the goal of increasing job and financial security for women during the fourth industrial revolution (the world of automation).
Until robots can be programmed to make figurines, draw and paint art pieces, make cultural dresses and cook, women with these skills will continue to stay relevant. The good news is over 60% of women have at least one of these skills and out of them, about 30% have made it their profession. The bad news is there is a disconnection between these women and their potential customers worldwide. Our goal is to connect women with vocational skills who make products (both cultural and non-cultural) with their customers worldwide using technology through our online platform. Also, we would create an interactive job search site for professional women and recruiters seeking to employ women for job roles.
Our solution will increase the participation of women in the global economy. Our value lies in increasing women's global economic participation by providing information and resources required to thrive in the fourth industrial revolution.
-Talent solutions: Every user has a profile where they display their qualifications and the opportunities they seek. Recruiters and companies pay XXbosses premium features to connect with potential candidates qualified for their female-based job roles. This is a job search site for women roles and opportunities for women.
-E-commerce: We sell hand-made, cultural, and vocational products such as wears, kitchen utensils, home decorations, figurines, art pieces and paintings etc from various cultures all over the world made by women. This solution promotes inter-cultural integration and gives women with vocational skills access to global markets. Since Virtual Reality might reduce tourism and travel, our platform will allow people to buy their desired cultural products without travelling
Our future innovation: with the help of MIT, we are looking to build a robot that interviews job seekers with 99.9% accuracy. This is to de-bias hiring in the corporate world because robots are not sexists.
Over 60% of women all over the world have at least one vocational skill (they make bags, shoes, hair and skin care products, paintings, clothes, web and graphics designs etc) which are needed, but there is a disconnect between them and their potential customers which are all over the world. A problem that costs the world about 30% of 10trillion USD.
Over 50% of job roles which were initially open to women are filled by men eventually because men apply before the information reaches the "target market" because there is no woman specific website to provide resources, information and opportunities.
Our proposal will:
- Increase income generation and promote equality: About 60% of SMEs are owned by women. Of this percentage, about 65% are hand-made/vocational products and according to this research, SMEs contribute to 70% of the GDP. Harnessing technology to bring exposure to their businesses will increase the GDP by 15% or more within a year.
- Provide a consolidated source for female candidates for job roles on an international scale
- De-bias hiring in companies: HRs will now have a female-focused talent search site and no longer resort to hiring men for female-specific roles.
- Encourage women in art and culture profession to remain

Our service is focused on women in various communities. The simplicity of partnership and subscription process will be designed to suit the basic their basic knowledge. Our mobile application will be seamlessly constructed for easy navigation.
Our technology is designed to build business empires from SMEs through online wholesale and retail sales of their products. They will move from being local to being global and as they grow, we will offer them branding and business development services as well.
E-commerce: Users signup as sellers on our platform, create their own
products, set their prices and publish it. We confirm or decline the
product sales based on our specifications; if confirmed it is made
available for purchase and if not, we notify sellers. They manage their
orders, choose their shipping methods we provided and receive sales
proceeds.We get a commission on every sales made.
