The Truist Foundation and MIT Solve have collaborated for three years on the Truist Foundation Inspire Awards.

  • Year 1: Providing transformational support to women and BIPOC-owned businesses in the United States.

  • Year 2: Supporting small business owners in the United States

  • Year 3: Reskilling, upskilling, and navigating the career needs of adults who are in the middle or late stages of their careers

Highlights include:

  • The past two challenges received applications from 40 states and one territory across the US, with significant representation in Truist’s regions.

  • The Inspire Awards support program is for the finalists of the challenge - not just winners - to equitably support innovators.
