Through event sponsorship, direct funding to innovators, and support for programmatic activities, Habitat for Humanity empowered innovative solutions addressing critical housing challenges worldwide.

By sponsoring Solve Challenge Finals 2024, Habitat for Humanity ensured innovators from Singapore, Ghana, Lebanon, and beyond could convene and share their transformative ideas on a global stage, while making crucial connections with peers and industry experts.

At Solve Challenge Finals, Habitat for Humanity unveiled the winners of the Habitat for Humanity Sheltertech Prize, which was open to innovations creating affordable and low-carbon housing solutions, improving the lives of low-income families.

Essential funding was also provided to MIT Solve’s innovator program. This funding supports a robust suite of capacity-building resources, including mentorship, skill-building workshops, and strategic partnerships, enabling social entrepreneurs to amplify their impact.
