PRESS RELEASE: MIT Solve Announces Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to Speak at Annual Meeting, Solve at MIT

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 27, 2018—Solve, an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, today announced that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will speak on the final morning between 9-11am (May 18) of its annual meeting, Solve at MIT. During the meeting, Solver teams—entrepreneurs driving social impact—will connect with members of the Solve community to build robust partnerships with diverse private, public, and nonprofit leaders to help pilot, scale, and implement their solutions.

Justin Trudeau has served as Canada’s 23rd Prime Minister since November 2015. He also serves as Canada’s Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of Youth. A proud feminist, Trudeau appointed Canada’s first gender-balanced Cabinet.
